NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 67(1)(B) OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017 (AS AMENDED 2025) FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF PORTION 52 OF THE FARM PALMIETFONTEIN NO. 684-LS I, Douw Gerbrand Steyn, of Van Rensburg & Steyn Land Surveyors, being the authorized agent of the registered owner of Portion 52 of the farm Palmietfontein No. 684- LS hereby give notice in terms of Section 67(1)(b) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law 2017, that I have applied to Polokwane Municipality for the subdivision of Portion 52 of the farm Palmietfontein No. 684-LS.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Manager, Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, at Polokwane Municipality, Second Floor, West Wing, Civic Centre, Cnr of Landdros Mare and Bodenstein Streets, Polokwane, 0699 for a period of 28 days from the 1st of October 2026.
