SAPOA golf challenge well attended
The South African Property Owners Association (Sapoa) hosted a four-ball alliance golf challenge at the Polokwane Golf Club where various commercial property financers participated.
POLOKWANE – The South African Property Owners Association (Sapoa) hosted a four-ball alliance golf challenge at the Polokwane Golf Club last Tuesday where various commercial property financers participated.
Riaan Koekemoer, Nola Peceur, Weyden Peceur and Jan De Beer won the challenge with 91 points.
They were followed by B. Olivier, D. Botha, L. Grimbeek and N. Coetzee with 86 points. Third place went to D. Hlabyago, H. Van Staden, Peter Pratt and Thomas Mnguni with 80 points.
The prize for the longest drive at the seventh hole was presented to Lynette Smith, while Papu Lykanjiso received the prize for playing nearest to the pin at the 11th hole.
Deon Kok, Absa commercial property finance regional manager, said the golf challenge gave many property financers exposure.
“We found it important to join forces with Sapoa as we are part of the association. We also wanted to give golfers support,” said Kok.
The golfers received goodie bags from various sponsors after the challenge.
