Golf action with 75 competitors

POLOKWANE – Danie Bouwer took the top spot in the Tops Liquor individual stableford golf challenge on Wednesday.

A total of 75 golfers teed off in the competition, with Bouwer securing the main prize with 42 points.

Phil Mashekane placed second with 39 points on a count-in, followed by Hein Viljoen also on 39 points.

Also with 39 points on their scorecards were Jonas Legora and Theuns van Tonder, who took the fourth and fifth places respectively.

Adam Milanzi and Morné Myburgh won the nearest to the pin competitions.
