Comrades talk tomorrow

POLOKWANE – Polokwane Athletic Club will host a Comrades panel talk tomorrow (Wednesday) evening.

The informative talk will start at 18:45 and will take place at the Polokwane Athletic Clubhouse at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Wessel Marais, renowned international trainer, will talk about training methods and programmes while Dr Wikus Erasmus will talk about injuries and supplements.

“This is the ideal opportunity for athletes to come and listen and ask questions. Entrance is free and open to everybody,” says Johan Janse van Vuuren, board member of Polokwane Athletic Club.
