Monthly medal a hit
Thabo Shingange won the A-division of the Mike's Chicken Monthly Medal Golf Challenge that took place at the Polokwane Golf Club on Saturday.
POLOKWANE – Thabo Shingange won the A-division of the Mike’s Chicken Monthly Medal Golf Challenge that took place at the Polokwane Golf Club on Saturday.
Shingange took the top spot with a nett score of 68, followed by Zipho Ngobeni with a score of 69.
Jakes Jacobs won the B-division with a nett score of 65, followed by Aaron Segwapa with 68 points.
In the C-division, Thomas Mnungi won with a nett score of 78 on a count-out, followed by Weyden Peceur, who also scored 78 nett points.
Luanie van Rooyen won the women’s silver division with a nett score of 87 points, while Nola Peceur won the bronze division with a nett score of 73 points.
Adam Milanzi won the longest drive competition on the 18th hole, while Jan Nel was the winner of the nearest to the pin competition on the eighth hole.
