POLOKWANE – Harsh weather conditions greeted the golfers at the Polokwane Golf Club on Wednesday, June 17.

The Review Individual Stableford Golf Challenge took place Wednesday and with the extreme weather conditions only 24 golfers were willing to compete in the challenge.

The jackpot was drawn by Keith Badenhorst with no winner yet on a payable prize of R580. Hendrik van der Merwe won the prize for nearest to the pin on hole four and Thabo Shingange won the longest drive on hole 17.

Riaan Nel won the Challenge with a total of 36 points, Jandre Britz came second with a total of 35 points and Dirk Visagie came third with a total of 33 points at the count in.
