Bulls and Lions show off new jerseys
2016 launched a new age for Super Rugby and with the new season nearly upon us, it is time for the teams to show off their new jerseys
POLOKWANE – The Vodacom Blue Bulls are known for being colourful with their jerseys and this year is no exception.
The home game jersey is blue with a new pattern – a bull on the front. Their other jersey remains pink, also featuring a bull on the front to show their support for the Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa).
The team also has a new jersey for away games with the same pattern as the other two, but with some new colours to make the jersey stand out.
The new jersey-design is black on the sides and has a red and orange pattern of a bull on the front.
The Emirates Lions also showed off their new jerseys with the Johannesburg skyline on the front.
The home game jersey has the skyline in red with the rest of the jersey in white, while the away game jersey features the city’s skyline in black, with the rest of the jersey a light gold which reflects the “sunrise” over Johannesburg.
