Don’t miss the T20 schools semi-finals

Limpopo Impala Cricket (LIC), in partnership with Cricket South Africa (CSA) and Coca-Cola Polokwane, has embarked on a journey to give schools an opportunity to play more games and generate funds

POLOKWANE – In the process, LIC will identify players who will form part of the new LIC high performance programme, together with players who played provincial cricket last year.

This competition has been going on for five years and is growing annually, giving u/19 players from an opportunity to play cricket. The winner will represent LIC against either Mpumalanga, Easterns or Northerns to be crowned the Titans Franchise champion.

The T20 provincial schools final will take place at the Polokwane Cricket Club today. The programme for the day will see Hoërskool Pietersburg, Merensky High School, Frikkie Meyer High School and Nkowankowa Cricket Club play semi-finals in the morning, while the respective winners will play the final in the afternoon.

There will also be a third and fourth play-off, along with entertainment throughout the day.

Entrance is free and people are allowed to bring their braai stands and cooler boxes.
