With over two decades of experience in the property industry, Veronica began her real estate journey in 2000 working in administration before taking the exciting next step in 2024 by becoming a candidate property practitioner at Theo Goosen Estate Agents & Auctioneers.

Her years of industry knowledge and behind-the-scenes expertise have given her a strong understanding of every aspect of the property market.

Specialising in rentals and property sales, she is known for her hands-on, client-focused approach and exceptional attention to detail throughout every stage of the rental and sales process. She believes that every client and every property is unique, and takes pride in offering tailored service and personalised strategies to secure the best possible outcome.

What truly sets her apart is her dedication to clear communication, transparency, and reliability. She ensures that landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers are always informed and supported, guiding them through every step of the process. Her focus is not simply on closing transactions, but on building long-term relationships based on trust and delivering results that clients can rely on.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the garden, cooking, relaxing with a good movie, and embracing the outdoors whenever she can. A devoted dog lover, she treasures time with her pets and values making memories with her family.

The best advice she has ever received is to always be honest, treat others with respect, and give your best in everything that you do – values she lives by both personally and professionally.

She is passionate about the Polokwane and greater Limpopo area, and loves the balance it offers between city convenience and natural beauty, as well as its warm climate, friendly communities, and rich local culture.

Her dream home would be a relaxing beachfront escape with large glass windows overlooking the sea, a spacious kitchen for cooking, generous living spaces, and plenty of room for her dogs to enjoy the outdoors.

And when asked to choose between beach, bush, or braai — Veronica says while she enjoys a good braai, the beach wins every time.
