POLOKWANE – Mike’s Kitchen, a family restaurant located at The Farmyard has opened its doors and residents are invited to come and savour their fare.
Owners, Jan Kleynhans and Christina Maseko, and manager, Grant du Plooy, are very excited about the restaurant’s official opening. The restaurant can host 250 guests, 60 of which can be accommodated in the smoking section.
Mike’s Kitchen will be open from 07:30 to serve a sumptious breakfast and will cater for your hunger until 22:00 every day.
The Sunday carvery promises to be a relaxing affair and guests can enjoy the outdoor seating should they prefer to keep an eye on their children.
Their two conference facilities can host 150 people each, with catering and customised meals included. Residents can also host birthday parties or even weddings at Mike’s Kitchen. If you haven’t yet booked a venue for your year-end function, Mike’s Kitchen is just the place.
Birthday parties for children are also a breeze: Just arrange with the friendly Mike’s team, and relax. A jumping castle, the new put-put course, farm animals and pony rides will keep the kids happy, while the children’s menu will keep their hunger at bay.
Mike’s Kitchen’s recently upgraded menuzine caters for all: Whether you prefer seafood, fish or meat, you are going to take some time to choose from the mouthwatering dishes on offer. Even vegetarians will find a variety of dishes to choose from, and the salad bar will satisfy the most finicky eater – you can even build your own salad!
You can also order your Mike’s meal from the 10-pin bowling alley next door and eat at the classy ladies’ bar.
