Derrick and Cleanta walk away with crowns as Mr and Miss Valentine

DERRICK Ramagoshi and Cleanta Morema were crowned Mr and Miss Valentine at Mamafafa Tavern at Ga-Hlahla in Moletjie last Saturday.

The theme of the evening was red and white and the couple who dressed according to the theme was crowned Mr and Miss Valentine.

Nelson Mashao, the owner of the tavern said he was pleased with the way the event went and that the Valentine’s Day celebration was his way of showing appreciation to the customers for their support. “I was pleased to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my customers because they are like family to me,” said Mashao.

Ramagoshi said he was happy he won, although he wasn’t expecting it.

“I just dressed according to the theme, but didn’t think I could actually win,” he said. Morema said: “I am so happy I won. I can’t wait to show my prizes to my family and friends. This was unexpected and I will never forget this day”.
