THOUSANDS of gospel lovers gathered at the Worship Centre in Shayandima on Friday and Saturday for the two-day recording of Worship House’s DVD.

The 16-track praise and worship DVD is expected to be in music stores countrywide in July.

The group leader, Shemai Makota said the project was full of Venda, Tsonga, Zulu, Sepedi, Sesotho, Shona and English songs that praise God.

“We don’t just sing, our songs heal, teach and make people dance in the Lord. We listen as God speaks to us,” she said. The song Huwelela is a call to believers and non-believers to stand up and call Jesus when they are still alive.

Melody encouraged the children of God not to feel embarrassed praising and dancing before their almighty with musical instrument.

“The group won the Best Gospel Group Award during the SABC Crown Gospel Music Awards in 2012.”

Worship House leader, Bishop Isaac Dagada said the group served God, who never failed.
