POLOKWANE – Gr. 5 Pemps learner, Kaylee Fisher will represent Limpopo at the 2014 Miss Toddler and Tween pageant in Klerksdorp in September.
Kaylee was chosen early this year as one of the finalists to compete in the pageant.
She has to raise money for charity as part of the tasks or charity work she needs to do before the pageant, and all proceeds will be donated to the Feed the Children Charity Organisation.
Kaylee put together a project called, Wackiest Outfit Day at her school, where she asked her school mates to wear their stylish outfits to school for only R5 per learner.
Wackiest Outfit Day was held last Thursday and there were winners in each grade for the best stylish outfit.
“I would like to thank all my school mates and teachers for taking part in the day and allowing me to do my charity work at school. I would also like to thank, Panarottis Mall of the North, Let’s Go Bowling and CJ Marketing for sponsoring me with the prizes for the winners of the best stylish outfit,” said Kaylee.
