Be sure to be part of the action at this model helicopter air show

Model Helicopters South Africa (MHSA) will present a national air show at the Area 51 RC Flyers Club near Dalmada on September 13.

POLOKWANE – Model Helicopters South Africa (MHSA) will present a national air show at the Area 51 RC Flyers Club near Dalmada on September 13.

The event promises to be huge, with eight clubs from around South Africa, some from as far as Cape Town, confirming their attendance. The programme for the day will consist of displays from South Africa’s top 3D helicopter smack-down pilots, as well as some scale flying items, balloon hitting and obstacle course flying in the 450 class.

All remote control pilots and enthusiasts are welcome to attend.

The event is organised by MHSA and they will charge a fee of R100 per pilot (non-MHSA member) and R50 per pilot (MHSA member). Entrance costs R30 for spectators, which includes a raffle ticket.

The event will start at 08:00.
