Model Helicopters South Africa (MHSA) will present a national air show at the Area 51 RC Flyers Club in Dalmada on Saturday.

POLOKWANE – Model Helicopters South Africa (MHSA) will present a national air show at the Area 51 RC Flyers Club in Dalmada on Saturday.

The event promises to be huge, with eight clubs from around South Africa taking part, and some from as far as Cape Town already confirmed to attend.

The programme for the day will consist of displays from South Africa’s top 3D helicopter smack-down pilots, as well as some scale flying items, balloon hitting and obstacle course flying in the 450 class. All remote control pilots and enthusiasts are welcome to attend.

Entry costs R100 per pilot for non MHSA members and R50 per pilot for MHSA members.

There will also be an entrance fee of R30 for spectators, which includes a raffle ticket.

The event will start at 08:00.
