Diarise dates for local oval action

Polokwane Oval released the dates for this year’s racing action on local soil which promises motoring enthusiasts some adrenaline rushing fun.
Next weekend racing fans can look forward to the first race between the United Kingdom and South Africa scheduled for 6 February. On 5 March and 9 April will be club championships followed by the popular Winter Trophy on 28 May.
The club championships will continue on 27 August, 24 September, 29 October and 26 November with the annual year end function and prize giving scheduled for 3 December.
“If dates should change it would be communicated immediately. Club members will be notified which dates will be utilised for national championships,” Polokwane Oval Promoter Stephan Weideman said.
