The increase in fuel prices is only one of the reasons why small segment vehicles have become more and more popular resulting in manufacturers continuously improving this segment, making vehicles more fuel efficient without compromising on performance.
The new Renault Clio is one of those vehicles that has been redesigned and improved to a vehicle that represents the lightning bolt experience of that first encounter, the idea of a stylish, sporty car with an innate and unrivalled sense for practical day-to-day life. The exterior features sensuous curves, an expressive front end en sporty rear shoulders while the Renault logo takes centre stage on the radiator grille.
The Clio has a beautifully designed and functional interior packed with technology to make life easier. The Clio’s interior offers sleek aeroplane-wing dashboard, accessible centre panel, digital speedometer for increased readability, height-adjustable driver seat with a range of 70 mm, height and reach adjustment steering column, choice of colours and chrome and gloss black materials. With the Renault MediaNav touch screen multimedia tablet the driver can explore a range of functionalities such as integrated navigation, multimedia, radio and telephone system with Bluetooth connectivity.
The interior also boosts a host of practical storage compartments which include gear lever compartment, 7-litre glove box, front seat passenger cubby, cup holder, central armrest and door panel storage. To take it easy to transport long or bulky items the 1/3-2/3 splitfold bench seat comes as standard. The hatchback has a boot capacity of 300 dm³.
Three petrol engine derivatives are available – 66 kW turbo with overboost, 88 kW turbo with Efficient Dual Clutch (EDC) auto transmission and EDC auto. The 66 kW in a three cylinder engine with overboost function to bring out maximum torque of 150 Nm for more dynamic response and even better midrange acceleration. This engine offers 4,5 litre of fuel per 100 km. The 1,2 four cylinder 88 kW engine combines power and controlled fuel consumption of 5,2 litre per 100 km.

Renault’s responsible vision involves providing the most modern and effective passive and active safety systems regardless of the equipment level of your vehicle. Among the safety features are a reinforced structure, high-efficiency front airbags, pressure sensor to detect impact, anti–whiplash headrests and the bonnet is designed to manage pedestrian impact.
