POLOKWANE – Making Valentine’s Day special all starts with a romantic and delicious breakfast.
Finding a breakfast that is both healthy and looks great is not always as easy however. BONUS spoke with a local resident, Nadine Blom, who has a busy schedule on what she would suggest for a perfect Valentine’s Day breakfast and how to fit an easy and quick to make breakfast into our schedules.
Nadine suggested French toast with cheese and a vienna along with some muesli and yogurt for dessert.

• Yogurt (any flavour).
• Food colouring (optional).
• Muesli (any type).
• Fresh mixed fruit or dried fruit.
• Viennas.

• Toothpicks.
• Fruit juice.
• Heart shaped moulds (cookie cutters work best).
Method:

• Cut the toast in heart shapes using your moulds, or even a knife.

• Cut heart shapes from the cheese.

• Slice the vienna at an angle and pin together to form a heart shape.
