POLOKWANE – “Winter can be brutally cold depending on where you live. Rocking a funky and stylish beanie will not only let you look fashionable, it will also help to protect your hair from the elements while keeping you warm at the same time,” she said.

She told BONUS that beanies should be the ‘in thing’ for girls in the cold seasons, especially girls who don’t enjoy the colder weather.
“Beanies can be worn in different ways, you can let your hair loose or wear it in a ponytail with a beanie. If your hair is loose, it can be worn half way on the head, leaving your hair out in front, which will make you look more stylish. Or you can wear the beanie fully covering your head, ears and part of your face. If your hair is tied, you can wear a beanie that’s open on top so you can put your hair through the hole, still being warm and stylish at the same time,” she said. She added the nicest thing about beanies is that they go well with any outfit, be it jeans, formal clothing, skirts, coats, tracksuits, high heels or sneakers, depending on how you style your outfit.
“The most important thing to remember with beanies is to make sure your beanie does not have any inappropriate pictures, writings or memes on them as they might get you in trouble. Preferably stick to plain beanies when going to work, then you can go all out on weekends,” she advised.
