Neon is a statement-making trend. Before you can apply the colour onto your eye, you need to prime the eyelid.
“This ensures that the skin looks flawlessly smooth. Once this is done, trace a thin line that extends across the crease and down towards the outer corner of your eye in a triangular cat’s-eye shape.”
Neon is bright, so it requires blending to bring the look together. Underneath the bright colour of choice, apply black eye shadow all the way down to the crease line and the rest of the uncoloured space on your eyelid. Lashes will complete your look, therefore go for false lashes or use mascara to amplify your natural ones.
