Lebogang lives her passion for hair
Lebogang Machaba found a solution for women who struggle with their hair.
LIMPOPO – The 29-year-old from Mohodi outside Polokwane is the brain behind Lbeauty hair oil.
According to Lebogang, Lbeauty hair oil is rich in anti-oxidants which help to keep hair healthy, from getting damaged and reduces hair fall.
Lebogang told CV that her business was established in 2016 when she realised that she has a passion for hair.
“I believe that shiny, beautiful hair makes an excellent impression to both men and women,” said Lebogang.
She said proper care of one’s hair plays a crucial part in having healthy hair, which helps to avoid hair loss and damage.
“I love to see people look beautiful. I believe clean hair ensures a good identity,” she said.
She manufactures her products at her salon, which operates at Senwabarwana complex. “I produce this oil using organic ingredients such as moringa and coconut oil. I am definitely not from a businesswise family however, I believe everybody was gifted differently.”
She said her long-term goal is to see herself own a factory with branches across the country.
“I want to see myself hiring and retaining a skilled workforce which will see my business grow,” she said.
Lebogang believes her business can grow the country’s economy: “Our success is in our local people’s hands and failing to support us, will see us sink,” said Lebogang.
