Centenary House’s Valentine’s Day couple are Steven du Plooy and Daleen Meyer who say they enjoyed the arrival of the bikers on their steeds very much.

Residents of Centenary House managed by the Association for Persons with Disability (APD) Limpopo received a huge Valentine’s Day surprise last Wednesday when a group of bikers drove into the venue and handed out Valentine’s Day surprise packets.
The celebration was organised by local charity group, Christelike Werkers and the surprise packets and cold drinks were sponsored by BB Group.
Speaking on behalf of the bikers, Richard van Balkom said the bikers present decided to take some time off from work to surprise the residents for Valentine’s Day. “We are just a group of friends who happen to be bikers and who wanted to do something nice for them,” he explained.
Willie Jooste, Centenary House workshop manager, welcomed the bikers and expressed gratitude for their visit.
Residents, Stefan Boshoff and Caroline Mashapo also said it had been a day to remember and several residents had questions about the motorbikes, which the bikers gladly answered.
