Curro Heuwelkruin’s Grade 8 and 9 learners put on an excellent performance during their Drama Showcase last Thursday.
Nicole Senekal drama educator and head of culture high school, explained that the programme was filled with a variety of excellent literature. “The Grade 8 learners chose their own poems from which their scenes were produced while the Grade 9s will perform prose, having written their own text and developed it with improvisation,” she explained.
Senekal thanked everyone involved for their hard work and sacrifices to make the Drama Showcase a success. “Also a big thank you to all the parents for their love, support and transport. This production would not have been possible without your help.”
