DJ Fanzo dreams big
Local DJ has released a single which has won the hearts of many fans.

eMBALENHLE – Bongani Fanie Mdluli (24), also known as DJ Fanzo, is climbing the ladder of success in the music industry.
His music has won the hearts of many fans after he had released his single hit Abeze la recently.
“I could not believe that my fans love Abeze la, because it began as a playful statement I used at the end of my gig guide on social networks.
This locally born and raised artist attended the Lifalethu Primary School and Kiriyatswane High School.
He was a dancer from 2002 to 2006.
His love for the world of art and entertainment did stop there and he then pursued his DJ career by playing at small parties and weddings.
“When I began as a DJ, I did not have any equipment to practice and master the skills, but that did discourage me.
“I met a DJ friend a year later who had all the equipment and from then on my skills and knowledge improved.”
His dedication paid off in 2008 when he got a permanent position as a DJ at one of the local popular clubs in eMbalenhle.
That opened doors for him locally and in the neighbouring areas.
DJ Fanzo has shared the stage with DJ Fresh, DJ Christos, Black Coffee, DJ Kent, DJ Shimza, DJ Uhuru, Black Motion, Ralf Gum, Mi Casa, Culoe De Song, Euphonik, Vinny Da Vinci, Ganyani and many more artists.
“Sharing the stage with people that I grew up looking up to was just amazing.
“It made me realise that hard work and dedication can accomplish any goals and dreams, no matter how big or small they are.”
“I am currently working on a couple of projects with my manager, Smilo Chonco.
“I hope we will accomplish our goals and make things possible, not only for ourselves, but also for many other upcoming artists.”
DJ Fanzo plans to launch a production company 2014, but until then he continues to be a DJ and a producer and trusts that one day he will be considered one of the legends in the music industry.
