
Housebreaking is the most common offence in Sakhile and thieves usually steal expensive appliances, in this case, food has gone missing.
Groceries valued at R1 724 were stolen during a housebreaking on 25 July.
The complainant was in eMbalenhle visiting her relatives, when she received a call from her neighbours informing her that someone had broken into her house.
She rushed back to Standerton and discovered that the door had been forced open.
She also discovered that her groceries was missing.
She reported the matter to the police.
