Police make 112 arrests in Sakhile during September

The Sakhile Police arrested the following suspects during September:

• 19 for assault with the purpose to inflict grievous bodily harm

• 11 for common assault

• One for business robbery

• Five for possession or usage of a dangerous or undesirable dependence (dagga)

• Six for malicious damage to property

• Five for general theft

• One for common robbery

• One for murder

• Four for reckless driving

• One for drunken driving (accident)

• One for drunken driving (no accident)

• 45 offences in connection with general drinking in public

• Six for driving a vehicle without a licence

• One for theft out of a vehicle

• Five for possession of drugs
