eMBALENHLE – The 2285 VW crew honoured and gave certificates to the mid-year top pupils of Shapeve Primary School recently.
Mr Mongezi Kambule, president of the 2285 crew, said this was a way of giving to the community and to encourage pupils who worked hard in their studies.
“We want to show that we do not just make noise with our cars, but we love our community and want to contribute to developing it.
“This was just a beginning as we aim at extending this programme to all the primary schools in the area.
“As a crew we pledge to our people that we will do whatever in our power to help pupils and our community as a whole.
“The future belongs to the children and we will help them to achieve their goals.”
