Foundations for three houses have been dug just outside Standerton on the road to Ermelo, but for the past six months nothing else has happened.
“The construction is going ahead although it may take some time because of an interdict issued for RDP houses not to be built in this area,” Mr Jaco Prinsloo, a local town planner, said.
Objections to, or representations in respect of the application, should have been lodged with or made in writing to the Lekwa Municipal Manager for 28 days as from 10 October.
