Police hold year-end function
Police officers received medals for their positive contribution towards the improvement of service delivery.
BETHAL – Const Khomotjo Victor Nkadimeng received a medal for the best overall performing for men and Ms Genneveive van der Vyver for the best overall performance for women during the police’s year-end function.
They were awarded for their positive contribution towards improving services.
The best performing Vispol commander was W/O Doctor Charlie Mngomezulu and W/O Bulie Thomas Ngcobo was the runner up.
The best performing Vispol member was W/O Riaan Smith and the runner up was W/O Magda Robbinson.
Const Themba Sihlali was the best performing Civil Service Commission (CSC) official and the runner up was Const Amos Mpila.
The best performing operational support winner was Ms Thandazo Allucia Mathaba and the runner up was Ms Bongi Lenah Nhlanhla.
Const Victor Nkadimeng was the best performing detective and the runner up was Const Emily Mosia.
The best performing stock theft unit detective was W/O Victor Isaack Dibakoane and the runner up was W/O Koos Skosana.
The best performing support personnel was Mr Eric Nkosi and the runner up was W/O Edith Van Wielligh.
The best performing auxiliary was Mr Elias Michael Ngcongwane and the runner up was Ms Linah Nkosi. Mr Johnson Mtungwa, Capt Janet van Tonder, W/O Jabulane Dan Nkosi, W/O Patrick Keyser, W/O Phume Nathaniel Vilakazi, W/O Smit, W/O Robbinson, W/O Edith Van Wielligh and W/O Andries Henn each received soccer sports medals.
