Standerton Hospital gets new cement palisades

A company named Welling Palisade from Johannesburg is installing a new palisade fence at the Standerton Hospital.

According to one of the employees the project began in December last year.

He also said it will go on until the end of January.

They have removed the old and rusty wire fence all around the hospital.

The company has 11 employees, living in tents at the back of the hospital.

They have already made huge progress at the entrance area in Kruger Street.

They will then move to the side of the hospital, which is in Caledon Street.

The back of the hospital in Von Backström Street will be the last to be upgraded.
