eMBALENHLE – A petrol pump attendant allegedly stabbed a motorist to death recently.
According to the police the motorist was not pleased with the service and tried to negotiate with the petrol attendant, but they could not resolve the matter.
The motorist went to fetch his friends and returned to the filling station.
“It is alleged that during the man and the attendant’s conversation, conflict erupted which resulted in the death of the motorist.
“He was stabbed in the chest.”
“Investigation officers are still investigating to find out exactly what had happened,” said Capt Magonseni Nkosi, eMbalenhle Police Station spokesman.
