Man assaulted with beer bottle

A man was recently assaulted with an empty beer bottle and injured above his right eye at a tavern in Sakhile.

The assailant is known to the victim and according to him the man pushed him and when he asked why he was pushing him, he hit him.

The complainant reported the incident to the police.

The Sakhile Police are investigating the case.
