Man sentenced for possession of dagga

He was sentenced in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court to three months imprisonment or a R3 000 fine.

Piet Hlupheki Dlamini was recently sentenced in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court to three months imprisonment or a R3 000 fine for possession of dagga.

The culprit had the substance in his back pocket when the police searched him.

The Sakhile Police investigated the case and requested young people to avoid illegal substances.

They also urged the community to report drug dealers.
