eMBALENHLE – Six suspects fled without a trace after they had robbed a clothing shop in the eMbalenhle Mall recently.
According to the police, they were armed.
Capt Magonseni Nkosi, police spokesman, said the suspects pretended to be customers.
When they noticed they were the only ones in the shop, two of the suspects pointed firearms at two employees.
“They led them to the bathroom where they found the third employee.
“They ordered them to lie down and thereafter searched them and stole money and two cell phones.”
An undisclosed amount of money was also stolen.
Capt Nkosi urged residents who might have any information, to report it at the police station.
