Weekly Parkrun an enjoyable event.
SECUNDA – The Secunda Parkrun takes place every Saturday at 8am
The 5km event takes place at Trichardspruit Dam in PDP Kruger Street opposite Builders Warehouse.
It does not cost anything to take part and you run (or walk) against yourself.
People run with their dogs and even with their kids in prams.
Only ever register with parkrun once.
