A man was arrested for dealing in drugs after he was recently found in possession of illegal substances.
The police received a tip-off about the suspect from the community.
They went to the address and requested to search the place upon arrival.
They found 4 packets of dagga and 17 small plastic bags of nyaope.
According to the police, the nyaope is worth R510 and the dagga is valued at R110.
The police arrested the suspect after making this discovery.
His first court appearance in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court was on 5 January.
He will appear in court again on 25 January.
