According to the complainant, they did not have an argument before the attack.
He said his girlfriend bit him on the lower lip and he sustained an injury.
The complainant said he tried to push her away, but she held on tight.
He said he pushed her hard and she fell on the floor.
The complainant realised that he was injured because he was bleeding.
According to him, his girlfriend left without helping him.
He reported the matter to the police and requested them to investigate.
The woman was arrested and later released on R500 bail.
