The Community Policing Forum (CPF) apprehended three men who were allegedly involved in a housebreaking on 19 February.
The suspects allegedly broke into a house and stole a fridge and a sound system on 10 February.
They sold the fridge for R700 to another Rooikoppen resident.
The sound system was also sold for an undisclosed amount of money.
They handed them over to the Sakhile Police.
The police also arrested the two people who bought the stolen goods.
The CPF urged the community not to buy stolen goods.
