Murder suspect out on bail

He appeared in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on 11 March and was granted R1 000 bail

The tavern owner that gunned down the late Mr Jabulani Mosia at Emoyeni Tavern on 5 March is out on bail.

He appeared in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on 11 March and was granted R1 000 bail.

The tavern owner is currently facing a murder charge.

Mr Mosia was shot after a fight broke out between him and the security guard at the tavern.
