The tavern owner that gunned down the late Mr Jabulani Mosia at Emoyeni Tavern on 5 March is out on bail.
He appeared in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on 11 March and was granted R1 000 bail.
The tavern owner is currently facing a murder charge.
Mr Mosia was shot after a fight broke out between him and the security guard at the tavern.
