eMZINONI – The local police said violence between Somalis, Ethiopians and Bangladeshi nationals began three weeks ago.
According to information at hand, the dispute began in their home country and continues after they had migrated to South Africa.
This has left one of them being shot dead in the past week and one fighting for his life in a hospital.
“It is alleged that another rivalry group hired hit men to kill the deceased.
“Local people are allegedly used to kill others.
“We are calling on the fighting groups to resolve their conflicts and urge locals not to get involved, because this is increasing the crime in the area.”
