BNI National Director visits Secunda
BNI is the platform to create word of mouth advertising for business owners. The National Director of BNI South Africa recently visited Secunda to share his message on growing as entrepreneurs
SECUNDA – Entrepreneurs throughout Secunda, Trichardt and Bethal were in for a treat when the local branch of the Business Network International (BNI) were visited by the National Director of BNI South Africa on 13 May.
Mr Mike Levine was the guest speaker at the meeting that took place at the Kruik Conference venue where atendees were welcomed by President of the Secunda branch, Mr Thinus Olckers,
He conveyed the BNI code of ethics and invited members to share the importance of the BNI membership as valuable tool in running a business.
Vice-president of BNI Secunda, Ms Elzette Bargiacchi won the Noteable Network Award of the Month. She also introduced the National Director of BNI South Africa.
Mr Levine delivered an inspirational talk on ways to introduce the passion and drive back into your business. His focus revolved around the four pillars of strength, namely passion, commitment, giving in order to gain and education which form part of the structure of BNI. He also encouraged business people to focus on return on relationships instead of return on investments.
During his talk, Mr Levine stated: “Do not listen to negative people. The power of words will affect your actions so be deaf to negativity. Success equals opportunity and passion. Passion drives commitment and commitment fuels passion.”
