Man caught stealing at the eMba Police Station

Police nab an unknown man inside police station.

eMBALENHLE – The police caught a man stealing computers at the eMbalenhle Police Station recently.

This came after two police officers were doing camp inspections at the station and heard strange noises coming from one of the offices.

Sgt Sibusiso Mbuli, police spokesman, said the officers investigated and saw a man coming out of an office.

“He was unable to give the officers a satisfactory explanation for him coming from the office and the officers arrested him.

“Upon investigation, we discovered that a lot of the office’s equipment, including three computers, were stolen from the police station on 14 and 15 May.”

The 28-year-old man was charged with unlawful possession of stolen property, housebreaking and trespassing.
