TB Hospital honours long serving employees

Ms Stefnie Griffin, Corporate Manager, thanked the staff for what she called outstanding service and loyalty.

The Standerton TB Hospital honoured employees, who have been in their employ for 10 years, on 17 August.

The nine employees received certificates and a luncheon.

In true African tradition, no African event ever begins or ends without song and dance and the employees ,along with other staff members, sang their hearts out.

Ms Stefnie Griffin, Corporate Manager, thanked the staff for what she called outstanding service and loyalty.

She could not however, hold back the tears in her speech and encouraged them to work even harder.

“We are not just employees, we are a family,” Ms Griffin said.

She also handed out tin cans as a gift to the decade-long employees.
