The Community Policing Forum (CPF) arrested two people in connection with a robbery at their neighbour’s house on 25 December.
According to Mr Charles Msibi of the CPF, the owner of the house was away on holiday on 24 December.
The owner received a call around 10pm and had to drive back after receiving information of the incident.
According to Mr Msibi, the owner had left someone to guard his house, who was attending a church event in Sakhile at the time of the incident.
When the owner arrived, he discovered that groceries, a laptop, television set and a sound system were among the items stolen.
