Muhammad Osman excels with high percentage at competition

He also obtained provincial colours in Abacus & Mental Arithmetic during this competition.

Muhammad Osman of Standerton Primary School recently excelled at the A+Students’ annual regional competition in eMalahleni (Witbank).

A total of 114 contestants from eMalahleni, Middelburg, Groblersdal as well as from the Gert Sibande District competed and Muhammad Osman received a Champion of Champions award in the 10th Kyu-division with 76.25% in total for the day’s examinations.

He also obtained provincial colours in Abacus & Mental Arithmetic during this competition.

As a member of the Mpumalanga team, he is now eligible to take part in the A+Students National Championship to represent South Africa at the 19th PAMA Global Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Championships.

The Gert Sibande District congratulated him on his excellent achievement and wished him good luck with the preparation for the national competition in August.
