Cansa offers opportunity for talented learners

Industry leaders are scouting for fresh talent and then a chance is given to attend the gala-event at Carnival City from 5 to 7 October.

Cansa Socialite-workshops were held a fortnight ago as well as last week in Standerton. A Cansa team was spotted at Standerton Primary School on 24 July.

This initiative raises money for Cansa and an opportunity is given to sing, dance, act or model for a worthy cause.

More than 70 learners in Standerton have already registered.

According to Ms Janelise Roux, volunteer of Cansa, who has a solid background in opera, the town has talented learners in abundance.

“It offers an opportunity to be socially conscious and take responsibility of your community,” Ms Giséle Bosman of Cansa said.
