Mr Solomon Maduna, a 73-year-old resident from Amersfoort, recently received a fully furnished house, after living in a dilapidated mud house.
The structure of the house was completely inhabitable and not safe for the elderly man to stay in, because it could collapse at anytime.
The house was handed over by Mpumalanga Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC, Ms. Gabisile Shabalala and the executive mayor of Dr. Pixley Isaka Ka Seme Local Municipality, Mr Vincent Malatsi.
