Volksrust Police Station temporarily closed after Covid-19 case

The building will be decontaminated and services will return to normal on Friday, 21 August.

Brig Leonard Hlathi sent information about the temporary closing of the Volksrust Police Station after one officer tested positive for the coronavirus.

The Community Service Centre is housed at a temporary structure in President Street.

Call 073 218 1827 for all emergencies and complaints.

The building will be decontaminated and services will return to normal on Friday, 21 August.

Service delivery will not be hampered and the police apologised for the inconvenience.

The acting station commander, Capt Deon Kleingeld, can also be contacted at 076 412 3666.
