Accident in Secunda involves police vehicle
According to Capt Gerhardt Elmes, spokesman of Secunda Police, the reason for the police vehicle having its blue lights on is not yet known and this is currently being investigated.
SECUNDA – An accident occured at the PDP Kruger and Helen Joseph intersection next to MegChem this afternoon, 28 August.
It is alleged that the police vehicle had its blue lights on, skipped the red traffic light and collided with the driver of the other vehicle who had right of way.
The policeman was transported to hospital.
