Highvelder invites residents to support Cupcakes for Cancer Day

The cupcakes will be sold for R5 each, however, any donations are welcome.

The Highvelder staff invites residents to support the Cupcakes for Cancer Day at the Highvelder’s office at 43 Kerk St, Ermelo tomorrow, 3 June.

Avid bakers together with the Highvelder donated a 1 000 cupcakes to raise funds for children with cancer.

The cupcakes will be sold for R5 each, however, any donations are also welcome.

For every four cupcakes residents buy, they will receive a R10 Jam Drop Bakery & Deli Voucher.

All proceeds will be donated to the Cupcakes of Hope NPC/PBO.

Cupcakes Of Hope is a community-driven project that achieves its objectives through the love of baking cupcakes, community participation, and amazing events.

Cancer Survivors’ Day takes place on 6 June, and the Highvelder wants to celebrate these heroes in Ermelo.

With this event we want to give hope to the newly diagnosed, support those who are currently on treatment and celebrate those who have beaten cancer.

We hope to see you on 3 June – let’s make a difference together!

The Highvelder would like to thank Mr Koos Olivier from Signs to See for the sponsor of a cupcake banner and Mr Muhammed Bhyat from the Calstar Group for the donation of the Jam Drop Bakery & Deli Vouchers.
